"Prepare to have your expectations exceeded, your horizons broadened and your motorcoaching lifestyle re-imagined. With onsite hospitality services we will provide a myriad of activities, excursions and events. From electric boats, French West Indies Island styled clubhouse and villas, to pet concierge, grocery and dry-cleaning delivery Myriad has everything and more, and will change the way you experience motorcoaching" explains Myriad's development group .
It's been talked about for years now... A luxury RV / motorcoach resort in Cape Coral, Florida.
The developers have been waiting for a plan regarding the underground utilities, since it is not scheduled to be put in for many years in our future. Charlotte County stepped up and is going to service that section of Northwest Cape Coral that borders Charlotte County to facilitate the project. Once the city is ready to install the utilities there, they will buy it back from Charlotte County.
Myriad Luxury Motorcoach Resort will feature 285 lots for luxury motorcoaches surrounding a 90-acre lake off Burnt Store Road and Durden Parkway. The exclusive gated community will have a clubhouse, tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts.
The development group consists of The Peachtree Group, Mountain Falls Partners, LLC and Forge Development Group, LLC.
Their website explains:
"We named it 'Myriad' because the relaxing and adventurous opportunities are unlimited. Take in the breeze and sunsets glistening off the 90 acre lake from your lakefront villa, or from your electric boat, or private dock. From yoga to kite boarding to hammock swinging, to pickleball socials, there are a myriad of reasons to make Myriad your new Florida destination."
"Designed in the French West Indies Vernacular, Myriad is truly a one of a kind Motorcoach Resort unparalleled in its fine finish, attention to detail and warm luxurious design."
"We spent the last 5 years planning this resort, leveraging our experience in developing the finest in luxury resort communities and understanding the wants and needs of the motorcoach enthusiast. With oversized lots, lush landscaping, and deluxe coach villas for entertaining and overnight guests, to the meticulously designed infrastructure, we’ve anticipated your future wants and needs. We took the time to get it right."
The development group says the actual land development will begin in 2018 and people should be ready to move in by Spring of 2019.
“I know once people start coming here they will tell their friends about it and that will spawn even more development,” said Cape Coral City Manager John Szerlag.
